  • During tenure within RevZilla's returns department was promoted to a tier 2 inspector
  • As a Tier 2 inspector you're expected to be the last person to inspect any and all items that needed extra attention as well as fix minor damaged or adjust resale value
  • This role has extended from evaluating returns to investigation of customer claims to training and assisting with new hires and other team member. Including explanation of department duties, fielding most item related questions, and being a bridge to management for updates on procedures
  • All RevZilla employees are to expected to restock, pick for upcoming orders and clean their respective department
