● OPEN the FOH every shift, setting-up the cases and other displays
with all production available for opening.
● Follow the directions for what the cases must look like, placing
all items in their designated places, with care and with the
customer’s point-of-view in mind.
● Help direct sales staff to provide engaging and appropriate
service to every customer, and assign staff to their 10-min and
30-min breaks per the break rules in place.
● Move sales staff to stations, as appropriate, to address customer
flow and volume.
● Fill every online order correctly and on time, appropriately
packing each order in accordance with Maison Benoit’s
specifications.
● Support the FOH Manager as needed.
● Prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for Opening, and make
sure the FOH team knows the Closing tasks that must be completed
each shift.
● Keep pastry cases and the sales floor clean and organized at all
times.
● Take inventory and report any items that need to be ordered,
and/or restocked to the FOH Manager every shift.
