Visitor Service Representative
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to guests in person and over the phone.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Assist with daily tasks, including handling cash, preparing end of day sales summaries, and receipts.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-desk area.
- Translator for non-English speaking guests, facilitating clear communication both in person and via telephone to ensure accessibility and inclusive service.
