Position consisted of:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors with a positive and friendly energy while maintaining professional.
• Offering assistance to visitors to make sure they are comfortable and they are directed to the right area and staff member.
• Collecting necessary payments, and documents from visitors at check-in including any identification or insurance cards and any other documents needed for their visit.
• Answering clinic telephone, and completing them promptly while making sure they are transferred to the correct staff member, and that they are satisfied with my services.
• Scanning, and Completing forms and uploading them into an EHR system to make sure they are organized and sending them out via fax or email.

Position consisted of:

• Contacting COVID-19 cases with a friendly and warm call to complete a few questions regarding their experience with the virus and information about their whereabouts and close contacts before symptoms had developed.
• Providing resources such as grocery and medication delivery, utility bill assistance, and following up with the patients to close their case.
• Receiving documentation from testing facilities via fax and uploading to keep all organized.
• Assisting at vaccine events with data entry, interpreting, and organization.
• Contacting facilities with an outbreak of too many cases and completing all the tasks necessary to complete their case, while guiding them through the CDC requirements for their facilities such as isolation, area close-downs, etc.
• Demonstrated adaptability by transitioning between different contact tracing software platforms as required, maintaining proficiency in each system.
• Adapted quickly to changing protocols as new information became available about COVID-19 transmission patterns, updating procedures accordingly.

Position consisted of:

• Greeting and assisting all customers with positive energy while checking out.
• Money handling along with Credit cards and Checks.
• Responsible for opening and closing the establishment when needed.
• Making sure all prices and signs are accurate and up to date.
• Helping all visitors with professionalism with any help needed within the store.
• Serving Food and checking customers out
• Maintaining the food court and its equipment clean at all times
• Replacing and restocking food and drinks
