Responsible for all loan originations including direct contact with the borrower, Real Estate Brokers, escrow, and builders to get loans approved in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities include initial pre-qualifying and interviewing of loan applicants. Process loans, using key ratios, guidelines, credit analysis, financial statements, and appraisal review. Efficiently package loans for the Processor and Underwriter for loan approval. Knowledge of all FHA VA and Conventional loan documents for funding.

Overseeing all internal operations of a mortgage broker. Training of new personnel, and direct contact with clients and vendors. Very connected with our community. Was able to chair many charity events through being affiliated with Lancaster West Rotary, GAVAR, and The Chamber of Commerce. Reconciliation of financial statements, general ledger updates, and financial projections. In addition built good rapport with new and existing clients.
