• Gather the correct information for doing the shipments, give quotes for the shipments, and process the shipment through the program.
• Package the shipped items according to the shipment label.
• Assure labels are placed in the correct spots on the packages, and assure they are moved to the correct spots for when the drivers come to pick them up.
• Verified items were properly placed in poly bags and labels correctly affixed at the Amazon return kiosk.
• Organized returned items from Amazon in designated colored bins.
• Consolidate the Amazon returns into 18 x 18 x 18 boxes by color.
• Check in returns, and assure they are packaged correctly before moving them to the proper bins.
• Sort mail into the correct mailboxes for customers.
• Scan in the incoming packages for customers, and make sure the package slip is put into the mailboxes for customers to pick up their packages.
• At closing, count down the registers, and assure that the proper receipts are documented.

Concessions

Prepare food to the correct temperatures for guests and employees.

• Restock items from overnight guests, and prepare for opening.
• Fill out the temperature log throughout the shift, and make sure it stays up to date for other shifts.
• Coordinated with surveillance to secure the transfer of the bank.
• Provided service to guests and employees during shift.
• Prepare food for closing, while ensuring the proper labels are on it.
• Clean all the kitchen equipment, and close down concessions.
• Countdown my bank while filling out the paperwork correctly for the cash cage banker.

• Take guests' orders and type them into the computer correctly for the kitchen staff.
• Ensure my guests have a great experience while dining in with us.
• When we are close to closing down, we start side work. Otherwise, clean and restock everything for the morning shift to come in and be ready to open.

• Customer service: answering phone calls, taking messages for different departments in the dealership.

• Assist customers with any questions they may have, or help them with what they need assistance with.
• Do everything possible to answer any questions they may have.
• Show the customers the different travel trailers and fifth wheels we have on the lot, and find the layout they are looking for to fit their needs.
• Finalize the sales paperwork (sign the customer), and scan the paperwork into.
• The computer for the finance department to finish the deal with the bank.
• Help get the sold travel trailers and fifth wheels ready for delivery or pickup.
• Check to make sure everything on the trailer is working properly for the customer, then do a walkthrough with the customer to show them how everything works, and make sure all their questions are answered properly and fully.
• I update the inventory at least twice a month, sometimes more, depending on how many deliveries we get throughout the month.
• Check in the new travel trailers and fifth wheels that get delivered. Followed by the full inspection to make sure nothing is damaged, and it is perfect for the lot.
• Keep track of the storage contacts and consignment contracts that come to the office. As well as help get the customers signed up if they have a unit for storage, or if they have a unit to put on consignment with us.
• Keep the company website updated for the Okeechobee office as to what.
• We have on our lot, and what has been moved to the other lots in Fort Pierce

• Cook food for the residents, and then feed them if needed.
• Adjust the positions of patients on beds or tables.
• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Record vital statistics, or other health information.
• Monitor patients to detect health problems.
• Go shopping for them, and/or run errands for them in town.
• Give the patients showers or baths if they need assistance.
• Fill medicine containers for them, and make sure they got the correct medicine for the day.
• Homemaking- cleaning their house for them, laundry, etc. I would sometimes do meal prep for them if they needed help.
