• Site Protection through Observational Techniques, Customized (-C) Awareness Level: Trains public safety personnel to improve their observational techniques by using a four-step ongoing screening process that includes increasing protective awareness, identifying preoperational behaviors, evaluating, and taking action.
• Staging in an Active Shooter Events: Provides tactical approach, tools, and resource considerations for a response attributed to an intentional act by individuals that creates or evolves into an active shooter incident or complex coordinated attack.
