I have worked in the restaurant business for more than half my life.

My family has owned multiple restaurants and bars. Most notable is the Rustic Inn Crab House in Fort Lauderdale where iv started from the bottom and worked my way to the Assistant GM role.

My grandfather sold the business in 2014 to Ark Restaurant restaurant group. After the purchase Ark not only offered me a job but gave me a opportunity to prove myself and show them I'm not the stereotypical owners son.

Since that opportunity I have grown to my current position not just because of my name but because of my ambition, dedication, undeniable talent and true love for people and the hospitality business.

I grew up in Western North Carolina where I was taught proper southern hospitality. That a person is only as good as his word and where yes mam and yes sir are the only way to answer the question. Most importantly actions speak louder than words.

I'm aware this isn't a regular professional Summary but im not a regular restaurant guy that bounces from place to place just working a job that has the basic resume that we've all seen before.

I want to work for a business I can grow with, A place I can learn from and maybe teach something to if im lucky. A place where im valued and respected based on my character and not just my title, what ever it may be. This is who I am and what I am looking for in my new workplace and if given the opportunity to prove my worth you winn not be disappointed.
