• Supervise the professional claims staff in handling complex bodily injury liability and litigated claims.
• Carry out objectives and guidelines within the claims department, including staffing, training, and performance appraisals.

• Supervise the professional claims staff in handling property damage and bodily injury claims.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Commercial Liability claims.
• Including General Liability, Automobile, Product Liability, and Construction defect claims.
• Prepare claims evaluations and loss reports for Underwriting and Business Unit segments.
