• Collaborate with the hiring managers to review job description.
• Screen resumes, coordinate assignment reviews, schedule and conduct interviews (including via phone, video, and in person) — I essentially own all stages of the hiring process.
• Work closely with HRBP, Compensation team and Immigration specialists to manage requisitions, salary approvals, and work-authorization matter throughout recruitment.
• Prepare and present employment offers to candidates and maintain all documentation throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed about the market conditions, competitors, best-practice standards and emerging trends that may affect recruiting.
• Coach and guide managers, to be more inclusive in the recruitment process.
• Proactively source candidates by utilizing different methods (market mapping, job boards and social networking sites).
• Establish and maintain a pool of pre-screened candidates through available sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and niche positions.
• Update the recruitment applicant tracking system so that it accurately reflects the status of the activity.
• Build and present KPI to managers.
• Led the development of a comprehensive sourcing handbook, writing the agency-process component and guiding the project from design to implementation.
