Fitness Training is an activity I passionately love to do. Knowing and having the knowledge about human anatomy and learning descriptive information on how all the body works together. This information is very crucial and important to know as a Personal Trainer. I know enough about Personal Training to help/guide a client to their fitness goals, but that wont stop me from learning more information that could potentially help later in the future.
