
Apprenticed from before being promoted to work alongside CEO and Owner Randy Many managing selling services, customer service, training and managing a team of employees, booking and reservations, and leading operations for over 40 total affiliated employees and over 1000 members generating over 1,000,000$ in yearly revenue.
Developed a club employee training program and was responsible for training 5 new employees. Worked alongside Owner and CEO Randy Mani to book, manage, and operate, 7 separate sports, and 9 tennis programs (One of which I founded) all across a two story gym, 14 sportcourts, multiple studios, a cafe and over 1000 members generating over 1,000,000$ a year in revenue.
Had to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, make sales, and fulfill any customer service need. Responsible for cold-calling, selling, and scheduling tennis programs to fill up over 20 employees schedules and facilitating all communication between them and the customers. Booking and managing court time for the entire four floor complex.
