During my time at Evernorth Care Group, I worked as an Operations Analyst in a manager position. The position allowed me to manage a team of 17+ employees on the in home primary care services offered thru Cigna Healthspring and the Evernorth care group.

• Supported supervisor and associated team members to maintain system functionality.
• Ensured provider schedules, patient needs and client needs were met.
• Assist in training new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices for delivering excellent customer care.
• Manage the call center, emails and attended client calls and meetings.
• Created reports and assisted with maintaining data needed for upper management and clients.
• Responded to team support questions quickly to maintain call center efficiency.
• Handled advanced issues with calm, knowledgeable and professional approach.
• Oversaw team of 17 agents focused on inbound and outbound calls. While scheduling patients on the providers schedules.

While working at Walgreens I started as a sales associate, gaining essential day-to-day skills and building strong customer service abilities. Overtime, I was promoted to an lead role working alongside the assistant managers. The position helped enhance management skills and techniques.
