Process all dealer trades, maintain all sales advisor commission logs, track and maintain finance deal funding log. Assemble & send out all F&I funding packets.

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining following accounting schedules: new and used car inventory, due bills/we owe, dealer trades, customer cash down/deposits, service contract/cancellation for all back end product sold.

Responsible for entry and processing of all car deals, dealer trades, payoffs, service contract cancellations. Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all car deal paperwork. Process titling and licensing paperwork when needed, handled all out of state licensing.

Daily banking deposits/reconciliations for sales, parts, and service

Submit all service contracts sold, verify and process all refunds and cancellations.

Submit all dealership manufacturer warranty claims in a timely manner, verifying accurate & compliant information and documentation.

Code all warranty labor operations, verify accurate labor times su fitted & paid to technicians.
