As On Road I manage a work Group of around 45 Drivers for the biggest Work Group in South Bay Center. My Main Objective is to ensure My Drivers Perform at the Highest Level of Safety, Service, and Performance. In Doing so I have partaken in Going On Road with every Route in My work Group. I also gained My certificate of completion after Completing MDST Course in Riverside at the MTA site. I am also The covering Manager of my center as the Center manager when the Manager is absent.

During this time I was part of a special flex Program that was responsible for chasing Over allowed by Going on ORION Rides. During this time I drove from La Mesa to Irvine every day and commuted to lagoona Building. The rides were full day performance ride with a different driver every day to Chase ov/un.

I also came back to Miramar center as a Part time Flex Supervisor and assisted the center as needed.

Supervised as a Sort Aisle and Unload Supervisor. Was Able to Run both the unload and sort aisle at the same time. Ran the yard control as well being responsible for putting up the trailers and ensuring all volume was processed by monitoring TFCS and Checking for all live and cold loads for the day.
