ITSM playbook, Triage policy manual creation & Wiki creation and refining. Analysis of on-site departments jobs and creation of step-by-step software troubleshooting in order to confirm full functionality of technological systems. Created ticket acceptance guide, formalized a triage policy and take part of the process by resolving diverse issues through the ticketing system while leaving a documented resolution per ticket.

Perform cloud computing tasks as an administrator, like managing SFTP endpoints and SMTP relay services on AWS. Additionally, create/modify user accounts, groups, and assign licensing via Entra ID and Microsoft Intune in Microsoft Azure.

Experience in cabling and wiring, installing and managing network infrastructure in elevated, small, and tight spaces, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility by routing cables through conduits, ceilings, and walls while adhering to safety and building codes to prevent interference and damage.
Assisted Data analysts with setting up their development environment and migrated them from personal accounts into corporate owned accounts. Created scripts and automations to remove repetitive tasks from their workflow.

Use of my native language (Spanish) to break language barriers with company partners and internal workers by translating official documents on the wiki and acting as interpreter in any event as needed.
