• Ensuring that customers get all the help they need on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment. Assisting customers, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services. Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers. Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels. Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services. Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental. Install hitches and trailer wiring. Other duties as assigned.

• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters. Patch voids, use saws to cut expansion joints, smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as sidewalks, roads, etc.

• Duties consist of building life support for Catalyst industry, certifying equipment that goes through NIOSH approvals, merchandise shipping all over the region, daily forklift operations.

• Responsible for overseeing the year-round rink facility, scheduling, safety and customer satisfaction.

• Take messages for our clients, ensuring that the messages are complete and accurate. Dispatch out maintenance and medical emergencies. Utilize essential time management skills to ensure that calls are always answered in a timely and professional manner.

Operations consistent of order picking for multiple departments, labeling freight for varies orders as well the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.

• Provide general knowledge to customers and maintained the area. Assisted with bagging during rush hours as needed.

• Responsible for counting issued bank at the beginning of the shift to secure the flow of money. Throughout shift accepted payments in the form of cash or credit card and issue adequate change. Close out register at the end of the night and calculate the correct amount due from the register.
