  • LABORATORY MANAGER: Manages all aspects of department operations effectively and efficiently. Recruits and develops a qualified and productive workforce.   • PM SHIFT SUPERVISOR: Manages the daily operation of the whole lab on the PM shift. Ensures staffing needs on both CLS and Lab Assistants. Manages adequate inventory of supply and reagents for uninterrupted operation. Works on all areas of the lab from Blood Bank, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology UA and Specimen processing.
  • HEMATOLOGY/COAGULATION/URINALYSIS SUPERVISOR: Responsible for all aspect of everyday operation of the department. Maintain instrumentations and supplies, staff’s competencies and enforcing state and federal regulations.
  • CHEMISTRY SUPERVISOR: Manages the daily operation of the chemistry lab. Ensures staffing needs and updated competencies. Manages adequate inventory of supply and reagents for uninterrupted operation.
  • LEAD CLS: Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities and helps in managing resources for the smooth operation of the lab. Make sure that the lab adheres to the mandated regulation of the state and federal guidelines. Monitors QC, QA and mandated lab metrics. Works on CLS schedules.
  • CLINICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST/MOLECULAR LAB: Perform high complexity laboratory testing on patients samples for lysate and oncotype testing, RNA purification, genomic DNA testing, Reverse Transcription and real time qPCR using Tecan instruments, KingFischer Flex, SpectraMax M2, 7900HT Sequence Detection System and LC480 for breast tissues, colon and prostate samples. Analyzing data’s and releasing oncotype reports about “recurrent scores”. Perform operational qualification, performance qualifications and correlations for instruments. Works as Lead CLS and does General Supervisor functions.
