Manages adequate inventory of supply and reagents for uninterrupted operation. Works on all areas of the lab from Blood Bank, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology UA and Specimen processing.
- HEMATOLOGY/COAGULATION/URINALYSIS SUPERVISOR: Responsible for all aspect of everyday operation of the department. Maintain instrumentations and supplies, staff’s competencies and enforcing state and federal regulations.
- CHEMISTRY SUPERVISOR: Manages the daily operation of the chemistry lab. Ensures staffing needs and updated competencies. Manages adequate inventory of supply and reagents for uninterrupted operation.

Analyzing data’s and releasing oncotype reports about “recurrent scores”. Perform operational qualification, performance qualifications and correlations for instruments. Works as Lead CLS and does General Supervisor functions.
