Gerson Elias

In 2022, I began my professional career in the painting industry, where I developed both technical and personal skills. I started by preparing workstations and was later promoted to a professional spray painter. This role allowed me to grow quickly, adapt to new challenges, and strengthen my ability to work effectively as part of a team.

In 2023, I worked as a part-time server at IHOP for approximately nine months. During that same period, I also worked at Braum’s, where I started as a crew member and was gradually promoted to Assistant Manager. In this position, I gained valuable experience in leadership, team coordination, weekly scheduling, inventory control, truck organization, and daily operations management. This role significantly contributed to my professional development and enhanced my ability to lead, problem-solve, and manage responsibilities efficiently.

I am currently continuing to grow in my career, always looking for new opportunities to expand my experience, and take on new challenges.
