Maintain a daily shift log in Casino Manager Floor Forum of daily activity.
Completes weekly Casino Manager Department schedule, hours, vacation and sick time.
Follow ups on necessary Casino Manager documents, Cash Disbursements, comps, statements, disputes, incident reports.
Alert patrons accounts for exclusions, credit alerts.
Assist Security with patron and employee medicals.
Work with Security and surveillance with any suspicious activity, theft, or disputes on casino property.
Pays jackpots and assists Slot Department with machine disputes and handpays.
Sign patron up for Harvest Club Cards.
Provide Customer Service in a respectful and courteous manner. Answering phone calls and transferring to appropriate departments.
Assist with running Slot Tournaments.
Assist with running daily casino promotions. Filling out paperwork and paying the winners according to promotion guidelines.
