At GPQMedia, an email marketing agency, I led the sales efforts through cold calling and mass emailing. I also managed the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing deals in Zoom meetings.

Dental Billing Solutions offers billing services to dental practices. At the company, my role was to determine whether patients had coverage for specific services through telephone communication.
