  • $500 $1000 $1500
  • Company % Completed 95-99.9% of goal 100-104.9% of goal 105%+ of goal
  • Gross Margin Bonus requires hitting the production goal to be earned.
  • The Company may, at its sole discretion, award an annual bonus, paid on the last payroll of January, based on business and individual performance. To be eligible, the Employee must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout; those who resign, are terminated, or are serving notice will forfeit the bonus.
