9 Years 9 Months- I have been working in the Energy Assistance Department for the past 9 years. I have knowledge in eHEAT and Laserfiche software. I am familiar with the referrals and various programs available within our agency. My primary responsibility includes assisting households to apply for energy assistance, processing applications, verifying income and determining eligibility. I have worked as an Emergency Service Specialist and helped clients with their crisis needs including heating emergencies with their furnace/heating unit.
