I worked the front Hostess stand, and seated people based on sections and rotations for the servers while also taking togo orders in person and over the phone. I worked with other hostesses and by myself, depending on how busy shifts were. I also used to work at the Naval Academy serving food during home games. I would set up the venue, work it, then take it down from 10am-11pm.
