I greet customers with a friendly smile and conversation and sit them in their preferred area while monitoring dining rooms for updated seating availability. I also assist waitresses by quickly and efficiently running their food, getting tables their drinks, and doing anything else they may need. I keep waitresses updated on their tables needs and do many bathroom checks. I also help out busters by pre-bussing tables and cleaning them when need be while always keeping a good, positive attitude.

I took reservations and to-go orders by phone, answered customer questions and informed them of accurate wait times. I communicated any changes to guests as need be and frequently did updates on the floor for dirty, clean, unavailable, and available seats. I checked restrooms, checked quality of rolls, and made sure the restaurant appeared clean to guests. I also resolved guest and employee complaints to maintain complete customer satisfaction.
