Automotive Service Manager

As service manager at Greenway i was required to monitor all KPI's such as Effective labor rate, hours per repair order, and dollars per ro. I managed all expenses regarding service policy, monitoring outside expenses and suggesting solutions, and service supplies. From time to time i had to attend corporate meetings reinforcing these ideas and controlling advertising within my department. Also i had to monitor unapplied labor and working to maintain hourly employees were covering hours turned by productivity. i created PO's within my department and processed warranty items as well. Ensuring all documentation was prepared for filing with correct signatures present on all copies as well as recall reports provided. i also submitted the majority of fleet warranty claims and have a vast knowledge on fleet business within automotives. From time to time i had to look up parts so we could resource for repairs on customer and fleet units to decrease downtime, i would instruct parts on who to contact to procure the part we needed. Individual accomplishments include being the only manager at Greenway to achieve 150k+ gross, keeping policy expense minimal, customer satisfaction achieved, all required certifications obtained plus expert exams in several CDJR fields, and interpret financial statement and determine corrections needed.

I started out at courtesy ford back in 2007 as a service technician, i specialized in drivability and gas engine repair. By 2016 i achieved senior master certification through ford motor company. i continued on the path of a lead service tech until 2018 of march when i moved into service management, that same year i worked with a senior courtesy member to obtain skills for later years. November of 2018 i was asked to step aside for someone else they was bringing in due to other people at that time. From there i moved back into the service shop until December of 2018 when i started writing service for courtesy, i spent the next few months writing service until April of 2019 when i had agreed to take control of the quicklane and manage. While at the quicklane i manged the tire inventory of well over 300 tires, performed inventory of stock each week and ordered required parts, managed technicians in the shop as well as lube techs and personally trained and assisted with ford training, and managed 2 advisor with selling required maintenance and repairs as well as instructing how to maintain fleet sales. Individual goals achieved included all time highs in quicklane production, all time highs in quicklane profit, started learning ability to perform inventory audits, constant producer in tire sales, customer satisfaction

I started as a lube technician before i graduated. upon graduation i became full time and started my path and training. i assisted other technicians during slow time until the day i was moved to line tech and started my career as a drivability and gas engine repair technician. completed as many training classes as i could.
