Mammoth Lakes,CA

Summary

Dynamic assistant manager with proven expertise in staff management, budget oversight, and customer engagement. Demonstrated success in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering team development.

Well-versed in the buying process. From open to buy, to daily and weekly product reports.

Strong relationships with many leaders on the Mammoth Mountain team. as well as a great and personal relationship with industry leaders.

A strong passion for the action sport industry. I have been consistently involved since 1980, and I started living the dream when I moved to Mammoth in 1986.

Self-motivated, I hate not having something to do. I sometimes find projects, as I have been known to overanalyze tasks. No task can ever be too small or too big.

Somehow, I have a strong personality and a positive attitude, even when it looks dark. This attribute allows me to lead by example, and in return, others will want to follow my lead.

Mammoth is my home! I grew up here and learned and developed many skills that will make me a great candidate for this position and a great team member.
