at start of shift I was responsible for starting up all presses. checking Press temperatures and checking all air and hydraulic systems making adjustments as needed while staying within customer parameters. Also helped with mold changes preventive maintenance. Was also responsible for training new operators and team leads on daily task and responsibilities. Working closely with controls engineer and mechanical engineers on continuous improvement. Also worked with maintenance on repairs to broken or damaged steam lines, motors, steam traps, steam regulators, flow dividers, Mac valves, I/O blocks, used teach pendants to move fanuc robots. Ran leveling checks on all presses.
