Assists phone, email, walk-in customers with pricing and availability of "on the shelf" or custom tooling and repairs.

Maintains an updated working knowledge as well as answers questions on application of, a wide variety of manufacturing products such as tooling, work holding, metrology equipment, lubrication + coolants, abrasives, and PPE.

Gives recommendation of tool running conditions or alternative products if a particular process is not working for the customer.

Works closely with tool vendors and local representatives to ensure customer application and timeline needs are met.

• Operated and set up Wickman Screw Machines.
• Worked with engineers to find right tooling, feeds to ensure efficient operation of machinery.
• Interpreted technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.
• Assisted in set up and testing of SPC systems.
• Worked with CNC miling machines, lathes, saws, broaches, hobbing machines when needed.
