This job was just for the grape season. In my position as compliant I was responsible for having a safe work place making sure safety was enforced in all aspects. If anyone was hurt I would write out a report and keep records, including accidents etc.

My job was to find and search for houses that fit their budget, credit, and tastes. I also help them sell their properties. At the same time, I advertise and bring clients to my boss.

I had to quit because my family and I moved to California.

I performed my job by recording each person's production, and reporting the hours worked by each person and taking out a total of hours and production each day. so that I could do it on payroll.

I have been working at this company for about 4 years, but this job is temporary, because it is only during production time, in which I work 5-6 months or depending on the harvest.
