My key responsibilities include: -

• Scheduling and Dispatching: plan efficient delivery routes and assign drivers based on customer locations and order urgency.
• Customer Relations: serve as a primary contact for commercial accounts, building relationships and resolving customer complaints.
• Fleet and Logistics Oversight: monitor vehicle safety, maintain delivery logs, inspect returned parts and cores, and track performance using delivery management systems.
• Administrative Duties: handle cash returned by drivers, keep accurate records, and step in to drive during peak delivery times if needed

My key responsibilities included:

• Deliver parts on time and accurately to commercial customers or between NAPA stores.
• Maintain vehicle safety by checking fluid levels, tire pressure, cleanliness, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Support store operations by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and processing inbound/outbound shipments when not driving.
