
Summary of Qualifications:
Over the past year, I contributed to improving our turnover metrics through consistent recruiting efforts and focusing on hiring candidates who align with the company’s culture and expectations. While the original turnover goal was 95%, the target was lowered to 69% at the beginning of the new fiscal year. Through strategic recruiting, candidate screening, and collaboration with hiring managers, we were able to maintain turnover in the 50% range throughout the entire year, exceeding the established goal. This reflects a continued focus on bringing in candidates who are a strong fit for the role and supporting long-term retention.
