I understand the importance of having a team that is engaging and capable of achieving the objectives set by the organization. I’ve managed high volume market that were high profile and located in the CEO’s market. I’ve been recognized for always saving labor costs by producing highly productive teams that can run a higher sales per hour. Throughout my career I’ve earned in the top 10 ranking in most of my KPI’s by consistently recognizing talent while holding underperforming leaders accountable. I have led multiple pilots and implemented new shipment processes to improve productivity. I expect a “I CAN DO IT” attitude with the willingness to WIN!
