Creating great customer service within a fast paced environment is a huge part of being a server. Being able to problem solve while making sure customers feel heard and are happy is something I pride myself in. I make sure that I address customers concerns to ensure repeat business.

I make sure the dining room is clean and organized to make the customer experience better. I work with my server team and kitchen staff to make sure food and drinks come out in a timely manner.

Again I pride myself a lot in my way to create a welcoming environment for everyone involved.

I assisted deli customers with selections and provided them with knowledge about the products we had in store. Working in the deli you wanted to make sure people wanted to come back…the most important way of getting that to happen is creating a welcoming, warm environment. I pride myself in the way I speak and interact with customers…being able to problem solve while also making sure the customer is happy is a huge part of any customer service job

I had to manage my time while creating hot food, big to go orders while also making sure my customers were taken care of. A big part of working in customer service like a deli associate is working with your teammates to make sure things stay clean, sanitized and organized so the customer experience is all around better.

Working at Dollar General I assisted customers with product selections and where to locate the items they were looking for.

I created connections with the customers to make a positive environment for them to come back to. I dealt with problems the customers had by making sure they knew I cared and was help resolve the issue they had any way I could.

I worked with my team to make sure the store was clean ,organized and welcome for people who came into the store.

Working as a line cook in an assistant living home I came up with meals to cook on a daily basis for the residents. We had to prepare a lot of foods within the residents dietary guidelines.

I worked with my co workers to maintain a clean and sanitized space to make sure we could make the best foods for the residents.

Working there was alot more than just preparing food…my absolute favorite part of my job was creating relationship and connections with the residents.
