While working with Paws and Claws, I started off as a boarding caretaker for dogs and felines, which got me promoted to being a bather; my job responsibilities include.

• Watching for any unusual behavior.
• Making sure the dogs have gone outside.
• Talking to clients, or potential clients,
• Giving medications to dogs and felines.
• Feeding times for animals.
• Bathing to customer and company standards.
• Nail trims, and haircut "tidy ups"

• Maintaining POS system and it's accuracy
• Provide friendly and effective customer service
• Training new team members
• Resolving customer concerns while making the experience effective for everyone

• Explored all avenues of front desk assignments including; Cleaning equipment, membership sales, prospective member tours, merchandise stocking, POS sales and ensuring member satisfaction at all times

• Served many customers exceeding quality and expectations
• Handled cash and card transactions
• Made sandwiches, sides and meals according to Arbys expectations and standards
• Assisted with cleaning duties, open and closed the store and kept cleanliness standards high
