Before embarking on my journey to become a CNA I have been a keyholder at the retail store called Garage for over 2 years. For these past 2 going on three years I have been fully committed to my work. I consistently strive for a high quality work ethic. I am devoted to providing superior customer service as well as a courteous regard to all individuals in the work place. My incentive is to provide an optimistic playful outlook as well as look on the bright side of things in a work environment as well as in everyday life. Taking on a manger role has enlightened me on how to be a leader. How to communicate effectively, how to listen, as well as provide authenticity among my team. My goal has been to take care of my team build trust and safety to allow them to feel comfortable. As a manager it was a priority to stay organized, I would develop zones that emphasized the associates personal strengths. Everyday we are set with a target in which we are expected to achieve which created us to strive to complete that goal everyday in a timely manner. Since finishing my CNA course and gaining my license, im looking to find a position that aligns with my long term goals. As I am actively transitioning my career focus on being a cna I am eager to apply my experience in my former work place to my future one.
