• Organized the shelves to appear clean and organized while shifting bins to introduce more product to the shelves.
• Acquired extensive knowledge of shoe technologies, which allowed a more in depth customer service approach, resulting in customers leaving satisfied and well taken care of.

• Was appointed as Squad leader of troop, meant to open a direct line of communication with squad mates.
• Meant to keep squad mates acting professional and presenting clean with freshly ironed uniforms, as well as shined boots.
• Acted as a mentor for the younger generation, helping the police explorers program to drive these kids forward and towards a path in police work.
• Managed many volunteer events, Like mental health workshops, touch a cruiser activities, D.A.R.E program seminars, traffic control, parade security, and more.

• Helped a large volume of customers by packaging orders and taking payments at designated takeout window.
• While handling takeout window, also took over the phone orders as they came in, with patience and a positive attitude.
• Had an in depth understanding of menu, memorizing it in order to help customers with their orders more efficiently.
• When busy ran meals out to customers parked outside, and made sure wait times were always low.
