I currently work at Landstar Transportation Logistics full time (remote) and continue to work at Publix 3 nights a week. I am looking to grow my knowledge, experience and education above and beyond. I am a highly motivated, ambitious and passionate, friendly customer service representative with over 15 years experience in cash handling, customer service, reconciling tills, researching and fixing errors in accounting applications and cash handling. I have 3 years of experience as a Revenue Research representative for Landstar Transportation Systems. I research discrepancies of invoice processes between our agents, customers and Landstar. I am the liaison between departments to find and fix the errors. I am a very motivated person with a great work ethic and one hundred percent dependable.
