Hannah Goodwin

My experience with babysitting, nannying, and working at St. Pauls has offered me a variety of communication and networking skills. I have worked with essentially all ages, and learned how to cater to the needs of both children and adults. It also taught me caretaking skills, seeing that I watched over multiple children at one time, with or without another adult. My experience working at Chickfila, Taco Mama, and Serdas Coffee has also taught me an abundance of life and working skills. I have learned how to turn a person's day around in a positive way, just by going above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. I meet every customer with an authentic and positive attitude, which is the way I'd like to be greeted when I walk into an establishment. I use my experience with my jobs and people to give each customer a unique experience to them. I also engage in conversation with each and every customer. I have learned how to remain efficient and consistent even when under stress. I have learned how to work well with a team and under management, as well as problem-solving on my own. My communication skills, such as conversations over the phone, have enhanced due to my experience working in this field.Overall, my experience with customer service, handling money, caretaking, housekeeping, and working with food allows me to possess a variety of valuable skills that I bring to the workplace. I'm a team player, I'm determined, I take and utilize instruction well, I stay positive, and I'm always willing to learn new skills.
