I am currently a shift Manager at Dunkin' Donuts with a strong focus on customer service and employee training. I take the most pride in the ability to motivate staff and enhance operational efficiency. As a gymnastics coach, I foster a supportive environment for young athletes, emphasizing safety and skill development. Flexible and energetic, I excel in decision-making and maintaining high standards.
My job entails overseeing the operations of the store during my scheduled shifts. This includes assigning tasks to team members, ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. I am responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, as well as managing inventory and placing orders for supplies when needed. Additionally, I am expected to assist with training new employees and scheduling shifts.
(Currently a substitute coach but used to work part-time).
As a gymnastics coach for children ages 2-18, my primary duty is to create a safe and supportive environment where young athletes can learn and grow. This includes teaching proper technique and skills for various gymnastics skills, providing feedback and encouragement during classes, and guiding students through warm-ups and cool-downs to prevent injury. Additionally, I am responsible for creating lesson plans that fit to the different age groups within the program, ensuring each child is challenged at an appropriate level. It's important to also foster a positive relationship with parents by communicating progress, setting goals, and addressing any concerns they may have.
