Back in July Of 2023, Kenan Advantage Group Inc laid off over 200 employees, due to the economy and left me unemployed for 3 months. I quickly searched for a job and was hired with Aultman Hospital in October of 2023.

• • Provide professional and courteous communications at all times while focusing on excellent customer service support to candidates as well as the internal and external teams.
• Verify completion of all KAG and regulatory required post offer testing (such as DOT medical exam, drug screen collection, etc.) and work with our vendors to obtain additional information as needed.
• Perform thorough background investigations into the candidate's work history, safety record, and the drivers overall job fit via telephone or electronic communication.
• Be familiar with both company, FMCSA and DOT requirements in order to qualify the driver candidate in accordance with regulation.
