Oversee Holistic Student Support in School Operations: Ensure that all aspects of high school operations, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and student services, prioritize the well-being of students and address their academic, emotional, and social needs. Lead student centered service and expeditionary learning experiences.

• Create and Implement Well-Being-Oriented Policies: Develop and administer trauma informed policies and procedures that foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment, actively promoting the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of students and staff.
• Lead and Support with a Focus on Wellness: Provide guidance and support to teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to ensure that educational practices and school culture promote the well-being and success of every student. Meet daily with school social worker and counselors to ensure holistic, trauma-informed student support.
• Cultivate Relationships Centered on Student Well-Being: Collaborate with parents, students, and community stakeholders to build strong, supportive relationships that reinforce the school’s commitment to student well-being and holistic development.
• Allocate Resources to Enhance Student Well-Being: Manage the school’s budget and resources strategically, prioritizing initiatives, programs, and services that directly contribute to the health, happiness, and overall well-being of the student body.
• Develop & Evolve Equitable Practices and Systems: Examine and led organization through unprecedented Global Pandemic. Examined schools equitable practices as they pertained to student and organization wellbeing during school closure.

• Collaborated with school administrators and teachers to ensure compliance with state and federal education standards and regulations
• Spearheaded the development and implementation of district-wide programs to enhance Standard Operating Procedures
• "Taught Social Studies courses, including How to Make a Difference, designed to instill a commitment to service learning and develop a lifelong, problem-based learning mindset in students.

• Planned and oversaw daily operations of the office, including managing supplies inventory, scheduling meetings, and streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency
