Working as a concierge I solely focused on greeting guest. While doing so I also was in charge of using Excel to set up transportation rides for our residents. I answered the main phone and directed callers to the correct person they needed to speak with. I focused on always greeting guest openly and very bubbly. I also helped them around the facility and find what they were looking for.

While working as an admissions clerk at Merit, I mainly focused on patient demographics. Within that I dealt with insurance verification, payments for scheduled services, and authorization for surgery and services. I had

to help explain what a copay, deductible, and overall cost was to patients when needed. I also took payments and applied them to the different accounts.
