I've demonstrated significant advancement into a management role at Your Pool Boys, and have grown to understand how to lead a team and tend to the needs of both the customer and the company. This was accomplished without any prior knowledge in the trade. But, hard work always pays off and I make a conscious choice to ALWAYS strive to be the best at whatever it is I'm doing, I wouldn't settle for any less. However, I always understood that my role in that company was not what I intended for my future, and have chose to continue to grow. I am confident that both my leadership skills and impressive work ethic can provide your company with not only a successful employee...
