I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Exercise Science and a strong passion for optimizing athletic performance. As a former athlete and a professional with experience in personal training and physical therapy, I have developed a deep understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. I believe athletic success goes beyond physical ability—it requires resilience, discipline, and a strong support system. My goal is to further my education in graduate school to refine my expertise in athletic training, empowering athletes to recover, build confidence, and achieve long-term success. I am eager to continue growing academically and professionally while contributing to the advancement of sports performance and rehabilitation.

During my time at Sunset Park Elementary, I worked in an exceptional children’s classroom, dedicating 30 minutes to an hour per session. My primary responsibilities included recording data, assisting with students’ daily tasks, and observing the classroom environment to understand the teachers’ approaches. I focused on learning how Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) was implemented to support students' learning and behavioral goals, which helped refine my ability to apply ABA concepts.
