Hospital Lab Coordinator / Liaison to Physician Clinics.

My Role is to Coordinate, Facilitate, Manage & Maintain each Clinic I am assigned to, and all duties under the umbrella of the Laboratory Services. I manage all internal and external Lab related services. My duties include and are not limited to: Patient Care Services, Lab Resulting, Billing, Courier & Supply Services, Clinical & Technical Coordination. I maintain every aspect of Laboratory Services in each clinic with an individualized approach to keep a good standing healthy, happy, active, successful rapport from Clinic to Hospital Lab

I encompass professional relationships amongst each clinic to provide the best service possible for each and every patient encounter. I work one on one with Physicians, Mid Levels, Nursing, Phlebotomists, MA, Clinical & Clerical Staff as each role/department has a different need.

Any issues, concerns, questions that a clinic may have with Laboratory needs is my responsibility to promptly address the need, and provide a solution. I am the middle man between all Laboratory Departments and the Clinics.
