  • GPC Program Coordinator – Prepare, process, and track Purchase Request & Commitment actions from initiation through certification while coordinating with approving officials to ensure proper compliance and efficient procurement including contractual obligations.
  • Compile proper documentation for bank statements each month ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • View PM Project reports weekly to ensure budget is balanced for proper purchasing execution.
  • Execute the Stockton Lake O&M budget which includes service contracts, labor, GPC purchases, utilities, and cross charge expenses.
  • Primary Timekeeper - Ensure funding is available for labor PR&C’s and process labor authorization reports to ensure there are no negative labor charge codes before running TOD edits.
  • If any changes are needed by any of the staff, I can make the proper corrections and then re-run edits to ensure labor is recorded accurately.
  • Complete initial labor and non-labor budget entries in CEFMS forms.
  • Create position worksheets for RM and the District office’s Programs Budget Specialist.
  • Training Coordinator - Assist staff with training questions and navigate them to the proper sites.
  • Upload and document completed certificates.
  • Create SF-182’s for staff planning to attend prospect courses.
  • Travel – Create travel orders/vouchers for staff.
  • Ensure proper funding is available.
  • Assist staff with IT issues including phones, email, printing and scanning, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Access, and our local shared drive.
  • GSA/Voyager – Pay monthly GSA and Voyager bills.
  • Compile trip ticket data for mileage, oil changes, and maintenance for GSA vehicles.
  • Collect receipts from staff for gas purchases and relay to LM.
  • When older vehicles need to be exchanged, I am in contact with the POC to schedule pickups and drop offs that will coordinate with employee schedules.
  • Contracts - Confirm contract invoices are accurate with our CET and process receiving reports to transfer to the G5 inbox after saving on the local shared drive.
  • Visitor Assistance – Answer questions regarding USACE policies.
  • Assist guests with maps and campground information/amenities, fishing/hunting areas, public use areas, and trails.
  • Navigate recreation.gov and assist with any reservation inquiries.
  • Answer office main line and direct phone calls to staff as necessary.
  • Recreation fee cashier - Sell day use passes, America the Beautiful passes (senior – annual/lifetime, military, veteran, access, annual), and shelter reservations.
  • Count day use fees collected at the beach and boat ramp vaults with the recreation ranger and complete remittance to send to the finance center.
  • Records Management – Create ORL’s each fiscal year.
  • Ensure documents are organized and stored properly in a secure area.
  • Keep track of which year specific documents can be destroyed in the future.

  • Assisted leadership, field teams, and other administrative personnel across the division.
  • Primary timekeeper for four timekeeping codes consisting of 65 employees.
  • Ensured all employees had their time entered and signed on time and had all leave slips in and signed by their supervisor before time certification was due.
  • Processed CETAL reports for resource management each pay period to comply with regulations.
  • Processed complex travel orders and vouchers for the chief of operations, maintenance mechanics, lock/dam engineers, and divers.
  • Complied with Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 managing official correspondence, tracking award and retirement submissions, and ensured timely recognition of personnel achievements before, during, and after the government shutdown.

Shoreline Management Assistant

  • Assisted the shoreline park ranger with dock and pathway inspections as well as vegetation modification inspections around the boundary lines to ensure all were up to the Corps Shoreline management standards.
  • The shoreline program at this project consists of 629 docks and 399 pathway/vegetation permits.
  • Completed certification to become a Notary in the state of Missouri for shoreline documentation purposes.
  • Used the Access Database to review and update shoreline use permit owner information for private boat docks, pathways, mowing, erosion control, and firebreaks to ensure they were in accordance with the COE project’s Code of Federal Regulations.
  • Communicated with the district office real estate division daily.
  • They created bill numbers which were needed to process real estate permit cash and check remittances.
  • Entered electric data into Excel and printed receiving reports to pay the bill.
  • Compiled Non-Road Vehicle and Equipment/Diesel and Gas information for the monthly energy report.

  • Entered backlog of FEM Labor Reporting entries from all project offices.
  • Missing data was from three years prior.
  • Utilized FEM timesheets to ensure that all missing data was entered into FEM/Maximo (CMMS).
  • Data was partially entered and mostly missing.
  • I was able to get the backlog which consisted of over 65,000 lines of labor caught up ahead of the scheduled target date.
  • Moved funding from previous years to active in the Charge Code application.
  • While entering Labor Reporting data, I became proficient at searching for work orders in the WO tracking application.
  • I searched for open and closed work orders using a work order number or description of work.
  • Searched for items from the Preventive Maintenance Application to view the next time a work order was generated.
  • Completed FEM data entry for 13 project offices across the district which included Harlan County, Milford, Kanopolis, Tuttle Creek, Wilson, Rathbun, Long Branch, Smithville, Little Blue, the Missouri River, Truman, Pomme de Terre, and Stockton.
  • Ensured all data was entered accurately and in a timely manner as required by the district.
  • For recordkeeping, I updated an Excel spreadsheet that kept track of all time entered.
