The first 5 years as a technician I was installing and troubleshooting legacy products for residential customers and helping with the migration of analog to digital services. In the past 12 years I have advanced to the business department to install and service business customers with products such as Video, High Speed Data, and telephone services such as Digital Voice, Business Voice Edge, P.R.I & S.I.P Trunking. I have also expanded my knowledge in other advance services which includes Hospitality Services, Metro E and managed WIFI.
