Job duties were to communicate with sale team and service department on a client vehicle purchase and prepare vehicle for delivery with specifications requested from client.

Job duties were to review service repair orders to ensure correct billing. Communicate with service advisor in making sure client invoice was accurate. Assist warranty administrator in filling warranty claims.

Job duties were to collect payment from clients for mechanical services. Balance out cash drawers and create spreadsheets at end of business days in order to accurately balance out accounts.

Job duties were to verify client information in order to provide a company loan car while personal vehicle was at our facility for service. Additionally, was responsible in maintaining our loaner vehicle fleet up to date with maintenance and repairs as needed.
