I am a Realtor who assists clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties. The primary responsibilities include helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market, negotiating deals, and ensuring all legal requirements are met during transactions. Being a Realtor often I have to have in-depth knowledge of local housing markets, property laws, and financing options, allowing them to provide valuable guidance to their clients. Being an Investor knowing how to maximize profit when investing in a flip and having the knowledge of how to make sure the numbers are good and that it is a good deal; as risky of a business it is i am very confident on how to execute with knowing all factors of the deal. Having knowledge of timeshare has helped me definitely be able to excel in real estate with knowing location location location and how important it is to know the areas and paint the lovely picture for buyers and sellers and build such great communication skills.
